Update Your Campus Delivery Code
Instructions on How to Update an Individual's Campus Delivery Code
The Departments of Central Receiving uses Campus Delivery Codes to deliver all campus mail. It is important to ensure that an individual’s Campus Delivery Code is updated in OracleHR to ensure timely delivery of mail pieces.
Campus Delivery Codes are updated by your Department’s HR Liaison representative. The Departments of Central Receiving is not able to update this information, it must be completed by an HR Liaison.
Are you a Department HR Liaison? Great! There are TWO locations that need updated in order to properly flow through all systems and ensure that mail pieces are routed properly. Here is a short guide on how you can perform this action as an HR Liaison.
Step 1 of 4: From OracleHR, Go to CSU MAINTAIN PERSON and click the SPECIAL INFO button.

Step 2 of 4: Scroll down to DIRECTORY INFORMATION.

Step 3 of 4: Update the CAMPUS DELIVERY CODE in the MAIL OPTION section.

Step 4 of 4: From CSU MAINTAIN PERSON click the OFFICE DETAILS tab. In the MAILSTOP field, enter the correct CAMPUS DELIVERY CODE.

TIP: Make sure you are using the correct CAMPUS DELIVERY CODE.
Your Organization (Department) Number or Facilities Building Number is NOT your Campus Delivery Code.
