Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We treat Transtream transactions just like PCARD transactions, it is up to the Shipper that created the Transtream Shipment Requisition to provide their business office with a Shipment Receipt that can be generated out of Transtream’s View Shipment app.  Please view our Transtream Charges page for more information.

Automated charges for Mail Services (postage) charges are exempt from backup documentation requirements in Kuali.  Due to the volume of mail that is processed at CSU, we are unable to provide receipts for transactions automatically uploaded to Kuali.  You can contact us to see if we have any additional information regarding the charge, but we are unable to provide a receipt for those charges.

If a receipt is needed for Mail Production charges, please e-mail mail.production@colostate.edu.
