Shredding Services
The Departments of Central Receiving offers on-campus secure destruction of sensitive documents through our Shredding Services department. All CSU departments located on the Fort Collins campus can feel confident that their documents are handled in a secure manner. We shred to a Level P-3 (HIPPA/FACTA/FERPA) compliance, which satisfies federal, state, and Colorado State University document destruction policies and practices. Services include one-time pickups and regularly scheduled destruction services of both paper and CDs/DVDs.
Warehouse Services
Warehouse Services offers a centralized storage and warehousing service for all campus departments.

Lab Alcohol Services
We are the designated distribution point for large quantities of lab grade ethanol in 5 Gallon increments. Visit our Lab Alcohol Services Page for more information and for instructions on how to place your order.
The Spoke
The Spoke, a living lab, is Colorado State University’s on-campus bicycling maintenance and educational training center servicing our University students, faculty, and staff. The University’s living lab is operated by students, where it is their goal to work with each of our customers, sharing knowledge, techniques and best practices on bicycle maintenance, safety, and repairs.
The Spoke carries many of your day to day bicycle and board maintenance and safety supplies including: tubes, tires, chains, brake pads, locks, lighting, tools, lube, bearings & wheels, helmets, and more. We can also register your bike too. Stop by and check us out!
Bike Rentals
Our Bike Rentals service offers bicycle rentals to both Departments and Individuals and includes a U-Lock, CSU Bike Registration, Annual Tune Up, and Major Maintenance.
Event Rental
If you are planning an event on campus, our team is here to help. From a small event using one tent to a large canopy tent, tables and chairs, we can provide the expertise to make your event a success. Our staff can assist in the planning and coordinating of your rental details and then follow up with delivery and tear down of a large array of equipment for your event on campus.
