The Pre-Paid Waybill online request form is now integrated within Transtream and is now called a Return Label Requisition.  To complete this new request form, please click the button below to visit the Transtream login page.  Login to Transtream and click the button marked Create a Return Label Requisition.  This option is only available for domestic shipments.  For International return shipments, please contact the Shipping Desk.
