Mail Services & Mail Production uses Campus Delivery Codes to deliver all campus mail. It is important to ensure that an individual's Campus Delivery Code is updated in Oracle to ensure timely delivery of mail pieces.
Campus Delivery Codes are updated by your Department's HR Liaison representative. Mail Services & Central Receiving is not able to update this information, it must be completed by an HR Liaison.
Are you a Department HR Liaison? Great! There are TWO locations that need updated in order to properly flow through all systems and ensure that mail pieces are routed properly. Here is a short guide on how you can perform this action as an HR Liaison.
Step 1 of 4: From Oracle HR, Go to CSU Maintain Person and click the Special Info button.
Step 2 of 4: Scroll down to Directory Information
Step 3 of 4: Update the Campus Delivery Code in the Mail Option section
Step 4 of 4: From CSU Maintain Person click the Office Details tab and in the Mailstop section enter the correct Campus Delivery Code
