Internal Package Tracking


Most UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, and DHL packages are delivered to the Central Receiving building first. 

Once processed, our drivers deliver the packages to individual Campus Delivery locations.  We utilize a state-of-the-art package tracking system.  All packages are scanned once received, then scanned at each step in the process including at final delivery.  We have the capability to take photos and capture signatures.

Tips

Tips For Tracking Your Package

  • Packages must be received by the original Carrier (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.) before the information will show up in our system.  
  • The Carrier will mark it as “Delivered” before we even get started, so please give us time to log your package before attempting to track it.
  • We track everything by tracking number.  If you need to contact us, please make sure that you have this number at the ready.
  • All packages are processed as they are received, but will be delivered based on our standard routing.
  • Packages received after our normal sort times may be delayed for delivery until the next business day.

Tracking Numbers

Carrier Tracking Numbers

All of the national carriers use Tracking Numbers to track packages.  It is critical that you enter the full tracking # without any spaces, dashes, or special characters, otherwise unexpected results may be returned.

UPS – Typically Starts with 1Z

FedEx Ground – Only enter the numbers outside the ( )

FedEx Express – Typically 12 digits

USPS – Typically starts with 9 on packages that have a trackable barcode

DHL – Typically 10 digits

Amazon – Starts with TBA

What if I need my package sooner?

If you need your package sooner than our normal delivery schedule, you may request to pick-up your package at our facility.  Please make sure you enter this request a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure we have an alert setup in our system to catch it upon arrival.  We receive hundreds of packages and it is important to have an accurate tracking # to make this process successful.
