General Information
Shipping & Receiving handles University freight, express mail and parcel receipts and shipments of an official nature, initiates claims, delivers and picks up at campus locations, performs initial receipt and inspection of purchases, laboratory grade alcohol dispensing and packaging services.
Air freight daily cutoff is 3:00 p.m. for overnight delivery. Ground freight has no deadline. Large quantities should be received before noon for same day processing. Questions? Please contact outbound freight (970) 491-5347 or inbound freight (970) 491-1595.
All inbound air shipments are typically delivered by noon while other freight other than large equipment is delivered within 48 hours.
