Heading Home or Travelling? We can ship your bike for you!
We can disassemble your bike for you, pack it and place it in a box provided by you (or purchased from us), and use your provided shipping label to facilitate getting your packed bike to the appropriate shipping carrier for you.
Let us take the hard work out of getting your bike shipped. We can handle it for you!
How does this work?
You drop-off your bike at The Spoke. Our mechanics will disassemble your bike, pack it, and place it securely in a box provided by you (or you can purchase a box from us) and we will then ship your packed bike using a shipping label provided by you.
What if I don't have a box?
No problem! Select the service option that includes a box when completing our online form.
How do I get a Shipping Label?
You may contact any shipping carrier of your choice such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL and purchase a shipping label. You can also use a specialized service such as bikeflights.com to facilitate obtaining a shipping label. When coordinating your shipment, our box size is 53″ L x 8″ W x 29″ H and the shipment weight is: Bike Weight + 5 lbs for packaging = Total Weight in lbs.
What is the cost for this service?
There are two options available for Ship My Bike Home:
$30.00 – Ship My Bike Home – Customer Box
$60.00 – Ship My Bike Home – Box Included
* Shipping Costs are not included! A shipping label must be supplied by customer.
How do I pay for this service?
Once your request is submitted, you will need to pay in person at The Spoke. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and RAMCash!
