Due to the recent announcement that all University operations and services are moving virtual and online (with the exception of essential in-person functions), the Departments of Central Receiving has suspended all regularly scheduled deliveries unless otherwise arranged by the department.  Our team looks forward to providing our University with the best support we can.

The Departments of Central Receiving will continue to provide services and critical functions, including those in-person functions across the university, through all phases of the University’s responses to COVID-19.  As long as the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (FedEx) are operational, we anticipate continuing to provide delivery and mail services.

To be sure you are up to date on any service changes please keep refreshing this page.

Central Receiving will not be able to hold perishables, refrigerated, or frozen commodities.

Any large freight that requires the labor crew for delivery and setup will be stored at our Warehouse Services facility on International Blvd. and may incur storage fees.

If you are expecting a critical delivery, or need to pickup a package expected from UPS, FedEx DHL, OnTrac, Amazon, or USPS please fill out our Request to Hold, Change Delivery Location, or Refuse a Package form (tracking # is required.)

If you are coming to our facility for a pick up or drop off, please drive up to the tent on the Northwest corner of our building.  This will be operational Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm.  A face mask is required to pick-up or drop-off packages or mail.
